| Psych is an interesting place where you can't really trust anything patients tell you. It like Dr. House says, " Patients always lie." Its enough to make a normal person paranoid, no wonder they're so crazy in here. They can also get away with saying anything b/c they are crazy. eg. Group with other med students and attending Pt is describing how he believes some doctor put some kind of curse or charm on him, but is having trouble describing it. He then looks at me and says, " You're Korean right?" Mean while the Dr. has this look on his face like, oh no whats he going to say now. Me: I'm Chinese, but thats ok. Go on. Pt(dismissing that there is any difference): So you probably know all about this kind of stuff, maybe you can explain. Me( trying very hard not to laugh in pt's face): No, sorry. I'm not familiar with this kind of stuff. So the Pt continues to try and explain how he saw a vision that confirmed his belief. He again looks at me(in a very sure of himself tone): You're Chinese, you should know about this. Me( smirking while I here some chuckling in the background): No, sorry. The Pt continues with his interview and the attending steps out for a while. Meanwhile, the Pt tells us about how he went to a tarot card reader who also believed he had a curse on him. Pt( after finishing story points to me): this guy should know this stuff Other Medical student( jokingly): He's Chinese, he should know all about tarot card reading. Pt: yeah! ...and the thing where they put the needles in you... (talking about acupuncture) Me( turn around and laugh for about a minute as discreetly as possible before gaining composure again)
Update: Next med student pt group Us: so you're ok to talk with us for a few mins. Pt: I'll talk to you all, except the fat one! Medical student: Why don't you want to talk with me? PT: B/c you're my son Richard, except you changed the way you look.

| Good game eagles, 3 points yet again but this time no one expected it. Makes me not regret buying that eagles hat earlier in the day. Only problem with good games is I get too pumped to sleep( hence this entry) and I start at 7:30 tomm. Another thing I'm excited about is the Logitech MX Revolution Cordless Laser Mouse
My black friday item I really wanted for 30$ cheaper than I thought it would be. 85$ mouse for 7$ not bad, best part was I bought it online and didn't have to go in store for all the craziness I experienced last year. I saw videos on youtube of people getting trampled in line for walmart as they opened. Guess where that was, yup south philadelphia haha. Gotta love philly.
On that note cyber monday has started already and I bought another similiar mouse for 7$ yet again. now I just need to make sure I get these rebates back... I hate rebates.

| Med school has been filled with lots of hard work and bitterness. Where have all the fun times gone? All this negativity is why I no longer blog. I'm in Lancaster now for family med which isn't bad, home of Nam aka suck yo according to my brother.

| I forgot my xanga password b/c I havent been on in so long... I think someone changed it b/c I swore I knew what it was. Been at Lehigh valley hospital lately, which is really nice if anyone is looking for a place to work ( top 100 according to fortune). If anyone has free text messaging hit me up.
